Yoga

A flow style of yoga that is dynamic and energetic. Moving through poses while being focused and mindful and connecting movement to breath. Although physically challenging at times you’ll leave feeling energized and uplifted. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. This class is 60 minutes.

Please note: 7pm Wednesday night Yoga will be cancelled until December 2020. Thanks for your understanding!

  • Please book in this class at least an hour before the session starts.
  • The sooner the better as classes have been capped based on social distancing regulations.
  • This is ESSENTIAL for our Covid tracking and management of class capacity/social distancing.
  • Sanitize your hands before and after entering the group training space.
  • Please arrive a few minutes before your class to ensure enough time to grab necessary weights/equipment. You may be asked to do this in turns by your instructor.
  • Please bring your own mat! If you don’t have one we will provide one.
  • Be sure to clean and sanitize the gym provided mat and equipment before and after use.
  • If you are feeling unwell please stay home.
