Hi, I’m Shane. I am a dedicated Personal Trainer with over 19 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry. I specialise in weight loss, hypertrophy, and running-specific programming. My approach combines evidence-based training principles with real-world athletic experience to deliver sustainable, high-performance results for clients of all levels.

I competed as a semi-professional footballer for 10 years, building a strong foundation in strength, conditioning, and performance training. Beyond the field, I have completed marathons, ultra marathons, and ultradistance relays across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States—bringing firsthand endurance expertise to my coaching.

As an accredited recreational running coach with Athletics Australia, I am passionate about helping athletes and everyday runners improve performance, prevent injury, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
