Nikki Wilder


I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010 and I am so passionate about exercise and nutrition. I take a wholistic approach when it comes to health and nothing gives me a higher sense of acheivement than helping people in our community reach their goals.

I have worked in numerous gyms in the area alongside some of the most elite personal trainers and instructors which has shaped the style of training I do myself and like to teach others.

I lead an active lifestyle and have participated in many sporting events such as; City2Surf, Canberra half marathon, Hamilton hilly half and Spartan training events. I really enjoy pushing myself and others to achieve new targets but most of all being surrounded by fun and friends is what makes One Fitness 24/7 my home.
