Ali Dear


I'm a nutritionist and yoga teacher who believes passionately in the healing power of food & yoga and currently sharing my practice and love for all things healthy so you too can live a happier, healthier life.

Ali originally studied Exercise Science, then post graduate nutritional medicine and has over 15 years' experience in the Health and Fitness industry. She has worked with individuals from the novice to the elite – including work with Australian professional cyclists for the season leading to the Tour de France, featuring on 2UE as nutrition expert and writing articles for Ride Media and Cyclist Magazine.

A horrible cycling accident led Ali to start practising yoga... which led to her new passion of sharing yoga, health and wellbeing... everything happens for a reason, right? She loves dynamic and flowing classes (think Shiva Rea, Simon Park, Dylan Werner) and being a new mama has taught her the power of prenatal, yin and slower paced classes.
