Strong Man

An advanced strength training class for men and women that teaches participants to lift heavy weight using correct technique minimizing injury and maximizing results. In this class you’ll use Olympic bars, kettle bells, sleds and more to improve your strength, power and over all fitness. This one is not for the faint hearted.
